Abstract

This Notice is to notify the market of a planned procurement process to support the delivery of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Boards NHS Type 2 Diabetes Remission Programme from August 2025. The planned service supports individuals who are overweight / obese and recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes to achieve significant weight loss and potential remission from their diabetes, using a total diet replacement approach alongside a structured programme of behavioural support.
