Transport for Wales is seeking to understand the market for a software solution to support a Control of Contractors (CoC) portal across its station network.

The proposed solution should support the safe and effective management of contractors working on site, including (but not limited to):

Access control and permit management

Real-time visibility of contractor activity

The engagement will inform the market of the upcoming requirement, explore available solutions and functionality, and gather feedback to shape the procurement strategy. Suppliers may submit responses and raise clarification questions.
