ClimateXChange(CXC) wishes to commission research and analysis to support the Scottish Government as it develops policies on reducing emissions, adapting to the impacts of climate change and enabling a just transition to net zero. Including the development of modelling that can be used to investigate the balance and trade-offs between investments in energy efficiency and clean heating measures.
