The Procurement Process is being run following the call off procedure in accordance with RM6309 - Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) - Lot 2, Strategy and Policy. POL is running this Procurement Process to appoint a strategic delivery partner to provide expert support for the establishment and delivery of a single, enterprise Process Excellence capability to ensure end to end processes are designed, simplified and standardised across the entire organisation in a consistent, structured and supportable manner.
The scope of the work will fall into seven areas including but not limited to;
