This was a mini competition under PCR 2015 ran through PfH's pre-procured Lone Worker Protection Framework. Relevant procurement tender suite documents were released to all suppliers within this framework, ensuring a fair, transparent and compliant route to market. This was procured for the provision of lone worker devices, as well as other associated services and goods such as body worn cameras, admin systems and associated software.
