Explanation
This contract is awarded under the Crown Commercial Service framework RM6309 - Lot 3 (Software). The award has been made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the framework agreement and the applicable call-off procedures. The Council has determined that the selected supplier is capable of meeting the requirements of the contract in line with the framework criteria and has undertaken an assessment of its requirements and concluded that a direct award is appropriate under the framework rules. The use of a direct award represents value for money and is in accordance with the framework guidance.
