NHMF Frameworx on behalf of NHMF (NPC) members wishes to appoint a number of Consultancy Services, to two Frameworks, one for Direct Awards, and one for Mini-Competitions.

The Frameworks are national covering England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with the ability to operate in specific geographical regions.

The frameworks are to provide a wide range of consultancy services including a multidisciplinary consultancy services lots.

All requests for procurement documentation, communications and submissions must be made via the Portal, which can be accessed at https://etenders.nhmfframeworx.org.uk

After creating an account on eTenders@NHMF-Frameworx, users will receive an email with a link to activate their account.

Once activated and logged in, users will need the following code to register for the procurement documentation: NPC1700

All interested suppliers that register their details on the eTendering platform will be able to download the pre-market engagement questionnaire which includes a link to register for the webinar event. The webinar registration link is also here -

Interested bidders will be allowed to pass this link on to multiple individuals within their business to register for the webinar.

Following the 16th June webinar, NPC will provide a further 14 days for interested bidders to communicate any feedback, with final market engagement to close 30th June 2026.

The webinar recording will be made available to download after the event for those who miss the engagement webinar.

NHMF Frameworx are exhibiting at Procurex on 18th June (stand 58) and Housing Conference (Manchester) 23rd-25th June (stand E23) where interested bidders can meet the team and discuss further.
