Abstract
Northern Gas Networks (NGN) has appointed experienced consultancy providers to deliver defined work packages as part of the East Coast Hydrogen (ECH) Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) project.The ECH project supports the development of infrastructure to repurpose and expand existing gas networks for the transportation of hydrogen. The objective is to establish a reliable and scalable hydrogen network across the region, enabling the decarbonisation of industrial processes where electrification is not feasible.

Scope
Procurement description
Northern Gas Networks (NGN) has appointed experienced consultancy providers to deliver defined work packages as part of the East Coast Hydrogen (ECH) Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) project.
The ECH project supports the development of infrastructure to repurpose and expand existing gas networks for the transportation of hydrogen. The objective is to establish a reliable and scalable hydrogen network across the region, enabling the decarbonisation of industrial processes where electrification is not feasible.
