This procurement is being conducted under the provisions of Section 9 of the Procurement Act 2023 and governed by the Procurement (Wales) Regulations 2024, which govern light touch contracts for specified services.

The Council is awarding a contract, which allows flexibility while complying with Treaty principles of transparency and equal treatment of providers.
