Abstract
funding was approved and allocated to purchase a Roche Light Cycler Pro qPCR machine with 3 year maintenance.
The LC Pro qPCR is a benchtop quantitative PCR machine selected for its accuracy, tolerance of haemolysed dried blood spot (DBS) samples, low consumable costs, flexibility of scale using either 96 well and 384 well plates and proven track record using Epimune methylated DNA (mDNA) lymphocyte enumeration kits (1,2).
(Epimune has evaluated multiple qPCR platforms for this purpose).
