3. Kaplan Testing Services Limited :The contract is awarded to Kaplan Testing Services Limited. Kaplan UK Limited, the UK

parent company within the Kaplan group structure, has provided a Parent Company Guarantee in support of the supplier's contractual obligations.

Justification for not setting key performance indicators

Performance will be managed through the contract management arrangements established under the framework. Where a service requirement arises, suppliers appointed to the framework will be invited to participate in a mini-competition. Specific performance measures, service requirements and deliverables will be agreed, where appropriate, at the individual order form/call-off contract level to reflect the particular scope and requirements of each award resulting from the mini-competition process.
