Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of Vacuum Bowl Chopper (75–100 Litre Capacity) for Flavoured Butter Production Facility Requirement Gower View Foods Ltd seeks quotations for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and operator training of a vacuum bowl chopper for use within a flavoured butter production facility. The equipment will be used for the blending, chopping, emulsifying, and mixing of flavoured butter products and associated ingredients. Suppliers may offer any suitable model that meets or exceeds the minimum specification detailed below. Scope of Supply The successful supplier shall provide a complete vacuum bowl chopper suitable for use in a food manufacturing environment, including all controls, safety systems, documentation, and commissioning services. Product Application The equipment shall be suitable for: • Flavoured butter production. • Compound butter manufacture. • Mixing and incorporation of herbs, spices, seasonings, garlic, chilli, and other flavouring ingredients. • Production of consistent product textures and blends. • Processing dairy-based and similar food products. Minimum Technical Specification Capacity • Bowl capacity between 75 litres and 100 litres. • Suitable for batch production of flavoured butter products. • Effective working capacity appropriate to the bowl size and product characteristics.
