The total values for these concession contracts are estimates based of a range of forecasted variables accociated with the delivery and operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. These variables include the anticipated number of charging sockets to be installed over the contract term, projection utilisation levels of charging assets and expected revenue streams accuring both to the Provider and the Authorities within the consortium. The estimates also incorporate expected electricity consumption and associated costs required to operate the charging networks. As these factors are subject to change over time in line with demand and energy market conditions, the stated contract values respresent a forecast rather than a fixed commitment.
