Police Scotland are looking to assess the feasibility of putting a national training framework agreement in place.
This Prior Information Notice will inform the current marketplace of this potential upcoming framework and look to gain insight and knowledge across a wide range of areas of training that Police Scotland currently utilise to continue to operate effectively.
Police Scotland currently have training requirements across a whole host of remits included but not limited too, Management training, personnel training, specialist training services, health and safety training, legal training, safety training and more.
Police Scotland would like to invite you to participate in an introductory meeting(s) to outline the vision for this framework agreement, meet with suppliers who are new and those who are/have provided services to Police Scotland across the outlines areas mentioned within this notice. At the meeting some timelines will be able to be shared and details of how the framework would be advertised, how to bid etc will be explained.
This meeting will take place via Webex and will be in two separate sessions on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th July 2026.
