Mae'r system yn darparu gwybodaeth reoli hanfodol sy'n cefnogi llywodraethu mewnol, monitro perfformiad, gweithgaredd archwilio, a chwblhau ffurflenni statudol a chenedlaethol megis:

* Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd - ffurflenni chwe mis

Isle of Anglesey County Council ("IOACC") wishes to procure and implement a modern, integrated case management system to replace the platform currently used by the Public Protection Service.

The system provides essential management information that supports internal governance, performance monitoring, audit activity, and the completion of statutory and national returns such as:

* Food Standards Agency - six monthly returns

* Food Hygiene Rating - Monthly upload

* Trading Standards Annual Return

* Home Office – alcohol licensing

* Gambling Commissioner

* HMRC – businesses registered for food, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and taxis

* Drinking Water Inspectorate – private water supplies

* Health and Safety Executive – health and safety matters.

* Welsh Government – private rented sector housing stock condition / air quality

* DEFRA – air quality for taxi congestion charges / Environmental Permits

* Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations

To assist with the process of designing the procurement process, IOACC intends to hold 45 minute Teams sessions on the 16th of July 2026 with individual bidders who are interested and who would be able to provide a system as described above.
