Additional Information

This is a specialist community service provided by clinical staff to patients within their own homes or within a psychology clinic setting at The Walton Centre site. The team work closely with the Rehabilitation Network in-pateitn units to aid a seamless transfer of care. There are currently less than 3 providers who could potentially bid for this service. The CCGs who fund this service are undertaking a service review to redesign the services and a new contract will be advertised during 2016.
