Short description of the contract or purchase(s)
Health services. The Service will make available independent professional mental health advocacy services for all qualifying patients that are resident within the Newham CCG area. The Independent Mental Health Advocacy service will be fully compliant with the Mental Health Act 1983 and the Code of Practice (Mental Health Act 1983) for England. The Provider will make Advocacy available at the Newham Centre for Mental Health at core times, from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for evening sessions, as required. The Advocacy service provision to all qualifying patients will be made available within 5 working days.
