Additional Information
Tenders and all supporting documents were priced in sterling and all payments made in relation to the project will be made in sterling. The contract will be considered as a contract made in England according to English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The Contracting Authority did not bind itself to accept the lowest of any tender and reserves the right to cancel this award procedure at any time. The Contract Award Criteria were provided in the Invitation to Participate in Dialogue. The Contracting Authority shall not be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing interest in, negotiation or tendering for this opportunity. Variations are at the Contracting Authority's absolute discretion and whether these options will be pursued will be detailed by the Contracting Authority in due course. The Contracting Authority will enter into one contract only for the entire requirement. The Contracting Authority anticipates that the contract term will be at least 5 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years in total.
