Bemerkungen zum Vergabeverfahren können an den unter Ziffer I.1 angegebenen öffentlichen Auftraggeber übermittelt werden. Takáto stažnost nebude mat za následok prerušenie, ani zacatie novej lehoty na predloženie odvolania. eventualele observa¿ii privind procedura de atribuire se pot depune la autoritatea contractanta indicata la punctul I.1. În cazul unei presupuse administrari necorespunzatoare, se poate depune o plângere la Ombudsmanul European în termen de 2 ani de la data la care s-a luat cuno¿tin¿a de faptele pe care se bazeaza plângerea (a se vedea http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). O astfel de plângere nu are drept efect suspendarea termenului sau deschiderea unui nou termen pentru utilizarea cailor de atac. În termen de 2 luni de la notificarea deciziei de atribuire se poate depune o plângere la organismul men¿ionat la punctul VI.4.1.

Ako smatrate da je došlo do nepravilnosti, možete podnijeti pritužbu Europskom ombudsmanu u roku od 2 godine od datuma kad ste doznali za okolnosti koje su uzrok pritužbi (vidi http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Takvom se pritužbom ne obustavlja vremenski rok za ulaganje žalbe i ne otvara se novo razdoblje za ulaganje žalbe. Možete uložiti žalbu tijelu iz tocke VI.4.1. unutar 2 mjeseca od obavijesti o sklapanju ugovora.
