LOT1 — public relations and public affairs
The majority of the PR support will focus on targeting national and trade media (including key house builder titles) with minimal focus on regional media where some ad-hoc support may be required. This support should work hand in hand, where relevant, with high level Public Affairs activity to ensure opportunities are maximised. Public Affairs activity should also operate as a standalone function where required and extend to fully align and magnify relevant PR outputs.
We are seeking an agency that can offer all of the services outlined above which can demonstrate knowledge and experience of working in the property and housing sectors. The successful agency will be able to evidence relationships with the key influencers and media in those sectors and be able to secure opportunities to raise Radian's profile.
LOT2 — public consultation

The successful agency will be able to evidence relationships with the key influencers and media in those sectors and be able to effectively engage and provide the relevant consultation and community engagement materials.

5 per LOT.
Highest scores of SQ for each LOT.
The authority will aim to invite the 5 potential suppliers with the highest weighted scores within each LOT to tender. However, the authority reserves the right to increase the number of potential suppliers to be invited to tender, if their scores are closely placed around the 5th placed supplier. The authority will assess each LOT on a case by case basis and may take a different number of suppliers through to tender for each respective LOT.
A potential supplier bidding for multiple LOTs may be successful for one or more LOTs and unsuccessful on others, as the scores of other bidding Organisations will affect the cut-off point on a LOT by LOT basis.
