Contractul are ca obiect punerea la dispozi¿ie de lucratori temporari în domeniul administrarii generale în favoarea Autorita¿ii Bancare Europene (ABE). ABE poate solicita personal temporar din urmatoarele motive: pentru înlocuirea personalului absent ca urmare a concediului de maternitate, din motive de boala sau din alte motive, pentru a acoperi perioadele de lucru de vârf, pentru a executa sarcini legate de proiecte specifice, pentru a executa sarcini care necesita competen¿e indisponibile intern, pentru a asigura resurse umane temporare ca urmare a insuficien¿elor în materie de personal etc. Scopul principal al acordurilor-cadru prevazute este de a oferi o modalitate rapida ¿i flexibila de a satisface nevoile de personal temporar ale ABE în domeniul administrarii generale.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement

Predmet ugovora jest stavljanje na raspolaganje privremenih zaposlenika u podrucju opce uprave za Europsko nadzorno tijelo za bankarstvo (EBA). EBA može trebati usluge privremenog osoblja iz sljedecih razloga: radi zamjene osoblja odsutnog zbog porodiljinog dopusta, bolesti ili drugih razloga, u razdobljima s najviše posla, radi provodenja zadataka povezanih sa specificnim projektima, radi provodenja zadataka za koje su potrebne vještine koje stalno zaposleno osoblje ne posjeduje, radi pružanja privremenih ljudskih resursa uslijed nedostatka osoblja itd. Glavna je svrha predvidenih okvirnih ugovora pružanje brzog i fleksibilnog nacina zadovoljavanja potreba EBA-e za privremenim osobljem u podrucju opce uprave.
