Supply, deliver and install:

1 x 40,000 litre stainless steel milk silo Glycol Cooling Vat

Outer cladding in profile34w.7mm sheet, hot dipped zinc galvanised and plastisol coated in a colour of your choice

1 x Sub zero 44 glycol system - Refrigerant 407C

1 x System incorporates four 12hp scroll compressors, one 100kw heat exchanger and two glycol water pumps.

1 x KPC 3016/F50/D50/52 double bank floor mounted stainless steel plate cooler.

1 x CIP Wash System - 5 Wash Programmes.

1 x 3" Washed Milk Outlet Assembly.

1 x 800 litre Stainless Steel Water Heater with appropriate pump

1 x Stainless Steel Alcove Assembly

1 x Automatic Dosing System

1 x Touch Control Panel With Digital Thermometer

1 x Hygienic Sampling Device.

1 x Bottom Entry Milk Fill Kit

1 x Side Mounted Agitator and screw type impeller

1 x side entry manhole assembly

1 x Automatic switchgear for control of condensing units and associated electrical components of the system

Refrigeration work entails all inter-connecting pipe work, pipe insulation and fittings, plus all necessary control equipment

Crane hire to top and tail silo is inclusive.

Installation of electrical equipment to adjacent approved electrical supply.

Guaranteed for a period of 12 months' parts and labour.

Leak tested, commissioned and left in full working order.

Refrigeration specification is capable of cooling up to 4,400 litres an hour.

Refrigeration duty is based on pre-cooling with customers mains/bore hole water achieving 18'C

Minimum agitation/cooling volume inside silo: 10% approx.

Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenders are invited only on the basis of the supplier being able to provide project delivery within a 6 month period from contract award.

Liquidated Damages - £2,000 per week or part thereof

Rectification Period - 6 Months

Retention Percentage - 3%

Contractor’s Insurance Cover - £2,000,000

Insurance Liability of Employer - £5,000
