Current portfolio consists of 395 electricity supplies (27 half hourly and 368 non half hourly, approx. 3.25million kWh) and 36 gas meters (approx. 8.8million kWh)

3 Conditions for Participation
|

|
Minimum standards and qualification required
Sufficiently experienced with a proven record of delivering high quality energy management services for similar organisations, ideally including social housing providers.
Guarantee that all licensed suppliers of gas and electricity would be invited to participate in all tenders.
Confirmation that you will never accept any other form of payment from any energy supplier in connection with Coastal Housing Group (including but not limited to sign-on fee, transfer fee, recurring fee or any other type of payment).
Confirmation that if you were ever offered payment from an energy supplier in connection with Coastal Housing Group, you would immediately disclose the nature of this offer in full to Coastal Housing Group.
