The Musical Instruments and associated accessories are to be delivered to schools and other sites within the London Borough of Newham. The Authority will require a bulk quantity of musical instruments and accessories in the first 2 weeks of September of each year.plus the supply of smaller numbers of additional instruments and accessories throughout the year. The framework agreement will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demand. In addition, there will be no form of exclusivity or volume that is guaranteed under the resultant framework agreement and the Authority will be.
