Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council's tender for the provision of major adaptation works and housing assistance works together with all associated works to council owned, privately owned, privately rented and housing association owned properties within the borough of Dudley. Dudley MBC have set up series of Contracts that can deliver a high quality work programme, safely, to time and budget, providing some community benefits and supporting the economy through the project supply chain, maximising employment and training opportunities. This contract is split into fifteen separate “Lots” with each ”Lot” comprising a mixture of both major adaptation works and housing assistance works with each individual scheme up to 45 000 GBP in value with the overall value of work issued not exceeding the maximum value of the “Lot”.
