Abstract

This is a procurement to be made under the Light Touch Regime to provide a range of retails services at the Hospitals. It is intended that there will be a mix of food and non-food services open to patients, staff and the public. This will include a minimum of 25% of SME or local community involvement under the Operators Choice principal.

Justification for the choice of the negotiated procedure
without prior call for competition

a) No tenders or no appropriate tenders in response to:	Open procedure Restricted procedure

e) Additional works/deliveries/services are ordered under the strict conditions stated in the Directive.

g)Service contract awarded to the successful candidate or one of them after a design contest.
h) For supplies quoted and purchased on a commodity market.
