Explanation
A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published to test the market which did not result any suitable expressions of interest as the requirement for previous experience in consumer advice and personal money advice services (which would be required as a minimum should we go out to open tender) would not be met. This follows several previous tendering exercises where only the incumbent supplier submitted an offer.
