Extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the Directive
Explanation
These are replacement contracts to cover services due to unsuccessful procurement process for Lot 2 – contract notice reference: 2016/S 136-244751.
Services have been divided between the 3 incumbent contractors in order to manage risk to service delivery.
Contract variations for all 3 contractors are for 12 months with a provision to extend to a maximum of 15 months in order to provide an on-going service during the re-procurement process.
