En klage bevirker ikke, at perioden for indgivelse af en klage afbrydes, eller at der påbegyndes en ny periode for indgivelse af klage.

Der kan indgives klage til det organ, der er omhandlet i punkt VI.4.1., senest 2 måneder efter meddelelsen om tildelingsbeslutningen.

Si le soumissionnaire estime que la gestion a été défaillante, il peut déposer une plainte auprès du Médiateur européen dans un délai de 2 ans à compter de la date à laquelle il a eu connaissance des faits sur lesquels porte la plainte (voir http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Se, a parere del ricorrente, vi è stata cattiva amministrazione, esso può presentare una denuncia al Mediatore europeo entro 2 anni dalla data in cui è venuto a conoscenza dei fatti a cui si riferisce la denuncia (cfr. http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Tale denuncia non ha né l'effetto di sospendere il periodo di tempo per la presentazione di ricorsi né di aprirne uno nuovo.
