The NEQ project (now renamed ICEPS project) is the development of the North Eastern Quarter of the University of Leeds campus to create a new multi-disciplinary teaching and research facility.
II.2.4) Description of the procurement
This is a works contract.The Contract Form is the NEC 3rd Edition Engineering and Construction Contract (Option A) to undertake the NEQ main Works incorporating the required University amendments.
The procurement procedure was Competitive Procedure with Negotiation and incorporated a pre-qualification stage incorporating de-selection to a maximum of five economic operators, ITT stage 1 with de-selection to two economic operators for final ITT stage 2.
