This procurement has already been concluded. Contracts have been awarded to a successful bidders as follow:
Lot 1: HMP The Mount - Rethink Mental Illness.
Lot 2: HMP Highpoint - Rethink Mental Illness.
Lot 3: HMP Chelmsford - The Forward Trust.
Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AG CSU), acting on behalf of the NHS England (Health and Justice, East Area Team) (the Commissioner(s)) is invited bids from suitably qualified and experienced providers for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) for service users located at the above mentioned 3 prisons.
The advertised value of the contract was as below:
Lot 1: HMP The Mount — circa 235 000 GBP per annum.
Lot 2: HMP Highpoint — circa 288 000 GBP per annum.
Lot 3: HMP Chelmsford — circa 220 000 GBP per annum.
The services were procured as per the Light Touch Regime detailed in Section 7 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (‘The Regulations’), using the Open Procedure.
