The service will aim to support people to break their dependence on drugs and alcohol and to enable them to be active citizens, playing a full and meaningful part in the community.
Relating to national policy and outcomes, the service will aim to:
— Reduce Demand — preventing adults and young people from misusing substances,
— Build Recovery — offering adults and young people with a dependence problem the best chance of recovery through support at every stage of their life.
