Thames Water Utilities Limited intends to award one or more agreements for the supply, installation, parts, inspection and maintenance of chemical dosing and disinfection equipment used in Water Production and Waste Treatment processes, directly or on its behalf by its contractors. All products must be suitable for use in both potable and waste water applications. Four lots are being offered:
Lot 1: Gas Disinfection Equipment (supply, installation, upgrades and provision of spare parts).
Lot 2: Liquid Disinfection Equipment (supply, installation, upgrades and provision of spare parts).
Lot 3: Chlorine Analysers (supply, installation, provision of spare parts and annual maintenance).
Lot 4: Wastewater Process Chemical Dosing Equipment (supply, installation, upgrades, provision of spare parts).

Thames Water Utilities Limited will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
