LUPC, working with APUC, HEPCW, NEUPC, NWUPC, and SUPC and their respective Member Institutions, have established a National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Catering Outsourced Services including but not limited to food service concessions, hospitality and event catering across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
