NEUPC is seeking to award a Framework Agreement for the provision of Intellectual Property Rights Services, which are defined as Legal advice, guidance, pre-filing of searches, development of protection strategy, and licensing and registration services on all matters relating to the creation, development and protection of patents, trademarks, copyright, design rights and trade secrets, and intellectual property rights. It does not include commercialisation and design exploitation services.
