Urgent operational requirement — appointment is needed to ensure outcomes can underpin the business strategy. Further delay would result in a wider 12 month delay in operations, resulting the inability to produce employment forecasts for publication in 2019 and delaying forecasting activity that underpins strategic relationships with key government departments, including BEIS, DCLG, DfE, and HM Treasury.
