The values shown in V.2.4 for each lot is the maximum value (within a range 1 495 700 GBP to 3 838 500 GBP for Lot 1 and within a range 509 700 GBP and 1 306 200 for Lot 2) across all economic operators within both lots and is calculated on the basis of the minimum and maximum duration of the framework incorporating anticipated change in usage of the maximum framework period. The Framework Agreement is for a range of parenteral nutrition products and, in some instances in Lot 2, alternative products are available from each supplier with the selection of product for each patient determined on clinical need and value for money. It is not possible therefore to determine the total quantity and/or total value of any individual product until the framework period has ended. In Section 1.2, it states that this is a joint procurement, it is not. BSO PaLS is a Central Purchasing Body on behalf of those named in I.1.
