The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators.

Envisaged maximum number of participants to the framework agreement: 45

Justification for any framework agreement duration exceeding 4 years: Both on account that UCB has a 5 year capital investment programme and also given the duration from inception to final completion of some of the projects contained within the capital programme, requires that the framework extends beyond 4 years. This requirement will be continuously monitored thought management of the framework. As such it is the intention to extend from 4, to 5 yrs period
