II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Below we show the approximate m2 for the site; full site plans and detailed drawings will be made available in the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
Total m2 3 532 to be confirmed by floors in ITT
Currently the school is cleaned between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. with a cleaner working for one hour during the day to clear the dining area and ensure washrooms are clean.
However, the school wish to explore the possibility of an evening clean between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.; this may mean that the contractor would lock up the school?
A separate optional quotation for external window cleaning will also be required.
