This is a zero value, zero volume contract based on a tariff of 909,15 GBP per Client Per Week (this tariff is inclusive of a CQUIN which will be developed by the Commissioners during the contract term) and is based on the Client requiring max 10 hours per week of (direct) Nursing Care. For Clients assessed as requiring more than 10 hours of direct Nursing Care the price will be agreed locally.
No activity is guaranteed.
