II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The current STARS contract is due to end on 31.5.2019 and Public Health Suffolk are commissioning a further contract which will enable those people engaged with substance misuse treatment services continued access to suitable and stable accommodation and receive a period of intensive individually tailored support. The support provided must consider the holistic needs of the service user and in particular, focus on and capitalise on their recovery journey. The service will need to work closely with Turning Point and will directly contribute toward Turning Point’s key performance indicator: successful completions of treatment.
