The provider will book patient transportation to non-urgent, pre-arranged appointments (subject to assessing eligibility criteria,) via the North East Ambulance Service online booking system.
The service will operate between 9:00-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

The Contracting Authorities will act in accordance with Part 3 Chapter 5 Regulation 85 to 87 and Regulation 95 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No.: 102) (PCR 2015).
