This procurement is for a licence count uplift and 1 year support for new Oracle Licenses for Northern Ireland Health and Social Care. Additional licence capacity is required due to increased usage and user count on existing systems, plus the addition of new functional modules.
Also required is the oracle advanced customer services which is utilised for proactive support and health checks across a number of existing systems.
