One Housing requires a PMS and LMS digital solution which provides a user-friendly tool to record, track and report on individual performance development identifies and meets learning and development needs on fluid, continuous, real-time basis
The proposed solution will facilitate individual performance development and support the development of a performance culture.
It is anticipated that the proposed solution will assist OHG attain to a more modern and flexible approach to performance development for all staff which will make the process more meaningful and effective, contributing to raising the performance of the organisation as a whole and contributing to a range of other business benefits.

Explanation
The estimated total contract value was under the OJEU threshold. A closed tender (competitive) process ha been undertaken. 3 suppliers with industry experience and the appropriate software were invited to bid. 2 of the suppliers had responded to the tender electronically. Bids were scored in accordance with MEAT, which had resulted in identifying the successful supplier.
