Leidos shall have the right to extend the Enabling Contract period by up to a further 2 (two) option periods subject to the commodity supplier’s performance against the key performance indicators as described and subject to there being a continuing requirement and acceptable firm price.
A Variation of Price (VOP) formula will be used to calculate the option years prices.
