II.1.4) Short description
LSBU is seeking a software supplier to provide an online reading list management system and online scanning system. These system(s) are a crucial part of the infrastructure of the library and the wider University. They enable Academic staff to identify, develop and monitor reading lists critical to student’s study and ensures students do not infringe copyright legislation while completing their studies at LSBU.

The reading lists enables cross-referencing identical titles on multiple lists and give a breakdown of the student numbers associated with each of them, thus enabling the library to target its spending on the correct titles in the correct quantities with more confidence than ever before.
