For full details and to submit a response, all details can be found on the South of England Procurement Services (SOEPS) commissioning In-tend portal under project reference number F12271. Please note this is an open procedure and tender submissions will be opened from the 25.3.2019 onwards until the final tender response deadline of the 14th June.
