The Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) is designed to encourage a more sophisticated approach to recording student achievement, which acknowledges fully the range of opportunities that London South Bank University (LSBU) offers to our students.
The HEAR promotes student engagement through rewarding extra-curricular activity and will have a positive knock on effect on retention and progression. It will improve the prospects of our students on graduation by providing them with a richer resource to articulate their achievements to employers and, it will support employers to have a clear understanding of the skills developed by LSBU graduates.
London South Bank University believes that the HEAR is a powerful tool to support social mobility, student engagement and retention and employability prospects.
