Approximate building footprint 13 487 m2.
The school will require PM cleaning in the main with limited AM cleaning plus a day janitor working from 10:30 am until 14:30 pm.
‘Cleaning Time Windows’ will be detailed in the ITT.
A separate optional quotation for external window cleaning will also be required.
