The Authorities required certificated debt recovery companies (Enforcement Agents) to undertake the collection of Council Tax, Non Domestic Rates, BIDs, County and High Court Judgements and Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery and Sundry Debts and Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s).
This procurement is split into lots as follows:
— Lot 1: Enforcement Agents for the Collection of Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates, Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), County and High Court Judgements and Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery and Collection Agent for Sundry Debts, including Housing Benefit Overpayments,
